ASCII.jp When do you use red or blue?Explain the different designs of military lights

Written By mobilephonebrand

One of my favorite lights that I have

I like light for some reason. At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, it became an area of planning blackouts, so when I looked inside the house, I found more than a dozens from here and there. There are various sizes, from large flashlight lights to key chain -type small LED lights, and the batteries used are also different from single to button batteries. There is a disadvantage that you have to buy many types of batteries, but on the other hand, when the battery is insufficient, there is also an advantage that if you buy the one you sell for the time being, you can use it.

One of the most favorite things is the "side winder" of a manufacturer called Streamlight.

"Side winder" on the streamline. It ’s my favorite dish

Choose military use without hesitation!Design unique to military models

The side winder has a military model, an aeronus model, and an outdoor sportsman model, and it is a military model that Milliota was buying. Each difference is in the color of the LED installed.

The main light is white, which is the same for each model. There are three other LEDs, but the color depends on the model.Military models are red / blue / infrared set, green / blue / infrared light for aviation, red / green / blue for outdoor use.

When using it, first pull the dial on the side and turn it, and select a light to lit.The middle of the dial is switched, so press it and the LED will light up.

The big LED below is the main light. The three subrights on the top are red on the left, infrared rays in the middle, and blue on the right.

Dial with the initials of each LED color

Select LED in the dial.It is pulled and turned so that the color does not switch intentionally.

On / off pushes the middle

In each of the LEDs, the brightness can be adjusted in four stages: 5 %, 25 %, 60 %, and 100 %.When the switch is turned on, it lights up in the darkest state, and if you press it, it will gradually become brighter, and if you go to the maximum, it will gradually become darker, but the pattern is only for military models. The other two models have the opposite pattern of first glowing at first and gradually darkening.Because it is a military use, it is because it is possible for the enemy to find it when it shines brightly, or that it is likely to be used in a darkness and is dazzling.

All LEDs can be adjusted to four levels.Only military models are lit in the darkest state

Also, if you double -click every LED, it flashes with the maximum brightness of 100 %.I think this is for signal.
