Written By mobilephonebrand

A Huawei smartphone that has a reputation for being crisp and easy to operate. However, if you continue to use it for a long time, the touch screen may become unresponsive, the app may not start, or it may start but behave strangely. In many cases, you should be able to improve by closing the running application or restarting the smartphone itself. Remember the procedure.

Close the running application

A common cause of slowdown is when you start multiple apps and the memory area is full. It may be easier to understand if you imagine a traffic jam on a highway or a situation where you cannot move on a crowded train. In such a case, first, completely close the unused apps and free up the memory. Tap □ (History) to the right of the navigation key to display the thumbnail screen of the recently used application. Tap the "x" in the upper right corner of each screen, or flick left or right to complete the process. You can also tap the trash can icon to end all at once.

▲ Tap the ◻︎ icon at the bottom right of the screen (left). The thumbnail screen of the recently used app will be displayed, so press the "x" at the top right of the app you want to close. If you want to end all at once, you can do it with the trash can icon (right)

If that doesn't work, restart

If you can't tap, kill

Even if I tap "Restart", it doesn't respond! In such a case, you can forcibly turn off the power by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds or longer. Make sure it's turned off, then press and hold the power button again to turn it on.

▲ If the screen does not respond when you touch it, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or longer and wait until the screen goes dark.

▲ When the power is turned off, press the power button again to start it. If the problem cannot be solved even after restarting, there is a risk of failure. For devices sold by carriers, contact the customer support of each company, and for SIM-free models, contact Huawei Customer Support.
