Both models are positioned as large screen models of the MatePad T series, which was previously only an 8-inch model. The T10s is equipped with a 10.1-inch display. The screen occupancy is about 80% and the resolution is 1920 x 1200, which is higher than FHD. The narrow frame design realizes a wide screen for the body size.
"HUAWEI ClariVu" Image processing technology automatically adjusts the brightness of the video. In addition to projecting a clearer and easier-to-see image, the saturation is automatically adjusted and the sharpness is improved by original image processing.

In the new version, the chipset has been renewed from the conventional "HUAWEI Kirin 810" to "HUAWEI Kirin 820". The memory has been increased to 4GB and the storage has been increased to 64GB to support Wi-Fi 6. In addition, 22.5W quick charge is also possible.
