This is a personal setting memo for Xiaomi's Mi Smart Band 6 (Mi Band 6).
■ Turn off the dial long press function
The function to change the watch face by long-pressing the screen is abnormally often triggered. Unusual and disturbing. It is completely unclear why it is ON by default, so it is OFF.
"Settings" → "Long Press" → "Off"
※ For some reason, I don't know how to set it from the Mi Fit app.
■ Swipe right to check notifications in one shot
Since I'm only using it for the pedometer and receiving notifications, I'll swipe right to open notifications.
"Profile" → Open your device from My Devices → "Smart Band Settings" → "Shortcut Settings" → "Swipe to switch items" and put only "Notifications".
■ Set the screen to turn on automatically when you raise your arm
I changed the setting so that the screen does not turn on even if I raise my arm, so I checked it just in case.
"Profile" → Open your device from My Devices → "Smart Band Settings" → "Raise wrist to display information" → Set to "All day"
■ Automatic measurement of heart rate
Because it was set not to automatically measure heart rate without knowing it.
"Profile" → Open your device from My Devices → "Health Monitoring" → Turn on "Active Heart Rate Monitoring"
