Let's start with the opening. Please let me introduce myself first. Unipos Co., Ltd. Executive Officer CPO, Saito in charge of products. When I was in school, I launched a startup with an English word app, and after joining Fringe81 Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Unipos, I launched this business called "Unipos", made it a subsidiary, and then merged again.

I was originally in human resources at a business company. After that, I joined Deloitte about 20 years ago, and basically I have been consistently doing HR consulting. Since about five years ago, I have been in charge of the business department that handles the current HR transformation, such as "HR functions, organization, operations, HR technology, and digital".
