Did you see the recital?
Last night (9/15), the heat of the Apple recital did not cool down, and in fact Xiaomi was also holding an online recital. The Xiaomi 11T / 11T Pro and the tablet Xiaomi Pad 5 were announced there. It is scheduled to be released in Japan, but the release date and price in Japan (at this stage, only the price in Europe has been announced) are unknown.
Unfortunately, in the United States, which is not scheduled to be released, the US Gizmodo editorial department laments that it is a "disappointing terminal that will not be released".
First of all, the Xiaomi 11 series is 3 models including those that did not appear at the recital. There is one model before and after the Xiaomi 11T, which Gizmodo praises in the midrange for a great deal. First, a cheap version of 11 Lite 5G that starts at 369 euros (about 48,000 yen). It keeps the price down because the back is polycarbonate instead of glass, there is no earphone jack, and there is no official waterproof specification. On the other hand, the high-end model is Xiaomi 11T Pro, starting from 650 euros (about 84,000 yen).
The Xiaomi 11T, which is in the middle of the three brothers, has a very good balance with other companies' mid-priced handsets. Let's take a look at the specs. Prices start at 500 euros (about 65,000 yen), the processor is MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Ultra, the memory is 8 GB, and the capacity is 128 GB and 256 GB. The display is 6.7 inch AMOLED and the refresh rate is 120Hz. It is a triple rear camera with a battery of 5,000mAh. By now, we have already covered the popular specs of this year's flagship. The only spec that this year's specs don't have on the Xiaomi 11T is wireless charging. By the way, the wired charging speed is 67W. Oh yeah, it's not like this year, but it doesn't even have a microSD card slot.
The three rear cameras have a main camera of 108Mp, an ultra-wide-angle 8MP, and a 5MP camera that handles macro photography and telephoto photography (2x zoom). The rival Motorola 2021 Moto Edge ($ 700 / about 77,000 yen) was competing with the zoom function abandoned, so I feel that the Xiaomi 11T is more advantageous in terms of price.
I think the Google Pixel 5a is the best for today's mid-priced devices, but for some reason the processor is the Snapdragon 765G and the memory is 6GB, so if it's just a spec, the Xiaomi 11T is better.
It's a great mid-priced device, and it's packed with the specs you want right now to keep the price down.
